CONNECT2Careers (C2C) connects young adults ages 16–24 to paid job experiences. Every job seeker in the C2C network fills out an extensive application to join, which is then used by the C2C team to thoroughly screen applicants and to refer only qualified candidates to your organization.

By participating in C2C, you are gaining quality, pre-screened candidates at  no cost and providing an invaluable opportunity for our region’s young adults to experience the world of work.

PRE-SCREENING & REFERRALS

  • Customized referral process that is convenient for you
  • Screened  candidates based on employer requirements (e.g. age, experience, education)
  • Reviewed applications and résumés before referring

JOB POSTINGS

  • Access the C2C portal to post job openings at no cost for thousands of job seekers to see
  • Promotion of your job opportunities via our social media account
  • Sharing of job opportunities with our network of partners at colleges, universities and other youth employment agencies

CUSTOMIZED RECRUITMENT EVENTS / JOB FAIRS

  • Participate in C2C job fairs throughout the county at no cost
  • Coordination and support of customized hiring and recruitment events designed to meet your needs
